If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return any unused portions to us within 30 days of receiving your order and receive a full refund (excluding clothing and performance line).



Orders placed on our site:

Simply input your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and send us an email at support@kiwick.com to let us know you are initiating a return, so we know what to do with your order when it arrives. Once your return is processed, we will credit your original method of payment.



Please allow 7 to 10 days for our Returns Department to process your return and document it. Once processed through our warehouse facility we will issue a full refund, which will post to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

We will issue the refund to your original method of payment.



Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

All items will be inspected on return.

All returned items should be sent in their original condition, original packaging, and include all tags.

All items are the customer's responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please be sure your return is packed properly and can't get damaged during its transit.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 30 day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you would like these items returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.

Depending on the method of return shipping you choose, it can take over 10 business days for your return to reach us. Once your package has returned to our warehouse, a refund or exchange will be processed based on your request, and an email notification will be sent upon completion.

Refunds will be issued in the amount equaling the item's original purchase price.

The 30 day money back guarantee is valid only once per product, and redeemable Item(s) must be shipped back to KIWICK (at customers expense) in order to process the return. Customers may not return same item for refund more than once. We do not refund the original cost for shipping on returns where the order was successfully delivered to the customer.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Additionally, we advise that you take a picture of your return label, or tracking number, in case your returned package is lost in transit. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds are only issued for items that are successfully delivered. KIWICK does not provide refunds for orders that were reported lost in transit. Additionally, replacements for orders lost in transit are not eligible for a refund.
